What payment options are offered?You can pay us by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and Klarna. At a pickup you can pay with Girocard/credit card.
How is the watch shipped?Shipping is insured via UPS Express or by cash on delivery.
How long does the shipping take?- Germany: 1-2 working days
- Europe-wide: 1-3 working days
- Worldwide: 2-7 working days
If the courier does not find you on the first delivery attempt, he will make another delivery attempt on the following working day. You can check the status of your shipment via the tracking received.
What is included in the scope of delivery?Exactly the item pictured will be delivered with the accessories shown. Instruction manuals, papers, revision certificates, pedigree books, watch or jewelry boxes are only included in the delivery if they are mentioned or shown in the description.
If there are no papers for the watch, you will of course receive a certificate of authenticity from us. If no box is available, the watch will be shipped to you in a neutral box.
Can I return a watch if I don't like it?Yes, you can return the watch within 14 days after delivery within the legal right of withdrawal. Please note that the watch must be unworn and in the same condition as when delivered.
Is the watch insured during the return?Yes, you will receive a return label from us for insured return shipping with UPS Express.
Can I reserve a watch?Yes, we can reserve a watch. However, please note that this is only possible with a deposit.
Can I view a watch before I buy it?A visit to our location in Düsseldorf is only possible by prior appointment.
Can I trade in my watch?We will gladly accept your watch as payment. You can fill out our purchase form or contact us directly. According to your request we will make you an offer.
How long do I have a warranty on a watch?You have a 12 month warranty on your watch.
How can we guarantee the authenticity of our watches?What we promise you: Each watch is checked by us for authenticity. If no original papers are included in the delivery, you will receive a certificate of authenticity from us.
What do I need to consider when buying a vintage watch?Since vintage watches are 20 years or older, previous watchmakers may have replaced individual components of the watch as part of the authenticity and quality check to ensure continued optimal functionality. However, it should be noted that there is no warranty on the tightness of the watch. All our vintage models are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
