What payment options are offered?You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card and Klarna. When picking up your order, you can pay with a Girocard/credit card or in cash.
How is the watch shipped?Shipping is insured via UPS Express or by valuables transport.
How long does delivery take?- Germany: 1-2 working days
- Europe-wide: 1-3 working days
- Worldwide: 2-7 working days
If the courier does not find you on the first delivery attempt, he will make another delivery attempt on the following working day. You can view the status of your shipment using the shipment tracking you receive.
What is included in delivery?The exact item shown will be delivered with the accessories shown. Operating instructions, papers, inspection certificates, extracts from the register, watch or jewelry boxes are only included in the delivery if they are mentioned or shown in the description.
If there are no papers for the watch, you will of course receive a certificate of authenticity from us. If there is no box, the watch will be sent to you in a neutral box.
Can I return a watch if I don't like it?Yes, you can return the watch to us within 14 days of delivery within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal. Please note that the watch must be unworn and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Is the watch insured during return shipping?Yes, you will receive a return label from us for insured return shipping with UPS Express.
Can I reserve a watch?Yes, we can reserve a watch. Please note, however, that this is only possible with a deposit.
Can I inspect a watch before purchasing it?A visit to our location in Düsseldorf is only possible by prior appointment.
Can I trade in my watch?We would be happy to accept your watch as payment. You can fill out our purchase form or contact us directly. We will make you an offer based on your request.
How long is the warranty on a watch?You have a 12 month warranty on your watch.
How can we guarantee the authenticity of our watches?What we promise you: We check every watch for authenticity. If no original papers are included in the delivery, you will receive a certificate of authenticity from us.
What should I consider when buying a vintage watch?Since vintage watches are 20 years old or older, previous watchmakers may have replaced individual components of the watch as part of the authenticity and quality check to ensure that it continues to function optimally. Please note, however, that there is no guarantee that the watch is watertight. All of our vintage models are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
